Brief de Design Graphique

I need a range of services, but mostly a web site design and business cards.

I'm launching a small professional development consulting firm called p20partners.com. My focus is education: teachers, administrators, school, districts, higher education. "P" stands for Pre-K and "20" takes us up to graduate school. Partners because I want to partner with my customers, but also because I'll partner with other consultants who can deliver services I can't.

I've added a sample business card I played around with. I wish there were a narrow red line running top to bottom to the right of the yellow band, but I'm not married to this design. I do like the colors but only because I don't want a "traditional" white business card, and I don't anything kitschy. DON'T FEEL COMPELLED TO USE THIS COLOR PALETTE. I'm not a graphic designer so feel free to ignore this completely.

Educators like to think they are bold, creative, and innovative, but anything that's too bold, creative, or innovative can make them nervous. I would like something bright but not kindergarten primary colors bright. Something bold but with some strength; something that says creativity and innovation, but also says trusted and dependable partner.
