Brief de Web Design

We need a web design for a new company making a framework named LightSpeedJS. It is a Javascript framework that will speed up web development by adding easily pre-built open-source polymer components. We own the website named lightspeedjs.com. Ideally, the website would convey brilliance, speed, and simplicity.
