Brief de Design de Logo

I have two distinct company names: Castle Real Estate and Candor (in a market where Castle Real Estate was already in-use). I would like to have a logo that would be used primarily for real estate, but if it could incorporate "investments/capital" into it, subtly, that would be even better. The immediate need is for a logo to use on a Real Estate sign.

I would like the font to be interchangable, but the logo to remain consistent. For example, a picture of a castle-like house with fluid text that reads "Castle Real Estate", but in which the text could also be swapped out for "Candor Investments" or "Candor Capital"
