Brief de Web Design
I need to redesign my current website, www.carianet.com. I also need a clone/link to an Arabic version, which can be found at www.carianet1.com. I want the new website to be sleek, modern, with much less text. We can bury the text in the links. I need it to be hip/modern/animation, etc. I would prefer if the designer use Wix, so i can update the information very easily. if you have another program which allows for the same level of customization, great, I am not stuck on Wix. I would like some animation and it must be mobile optimized. I am targeting teens and their parents.
I am looking for someone with a creative flair, not someone who is going to take my existing website and simply repackage it.

For $1,000, I am not looking for my site to be transferred into a cookie cutter template. if this is your plan as a designer, save your time and do not bother to make a submission. if you have some creativity and want to use some color, some interesting backgrounds (like an aerial shot of a university quad, etc), and creeate a COOL AND MODERN site that can appeal to TEENAGERS AND PARENTS, then please submit your designs.
