Are you looking for a liquid form design? Meaning it re sizes to adapt to tablet and mobile view.

My main goal is just functionality with this page. It is a set page the folks will spend very little time on as it is basically a links page to 4 other sites. Yes, I would like it to look the same on any viewing device but if it is a ton of extra work or will take away any from the goal of being clean and quick then it is not necessary.
