Brief de Design de Logo

My company is a real estate investment business that buys, sells, and leases properties across America. Attached is a sample idea. Colors are not firm but just a starting point. The light-colored gray lines are just for reference points and not part of the design. Some other ideas may be to shade the roof area, the chimney, or the body of the house. I would like to consider extending the lines of the roof overhang too. I am not a graphic designer so I am open to ideas.
