Brief de Design de Logo
This restaurant project is passing from Father to Son. It is closing as Les Freres Jacques, French Restaurant, going through revamp and re-opening as Jules!
Father and Son are French, very experienced and well - travelled.
This is all about the passing to the new generation and adapting to a younger, different market.
The restaurant will be serving good honest, tasty food, reasonably priced and accompanied by delicious wines! Jules is the son - he has just come back from the restaurant scene in Melbourne Australia and wants to share is version of global comfort food with the Dublin Market - eat well, drink good wine in a casual atmosphere listening to cool tunes. Jules is very into his music. The restaurant will span three floors of their existing premises in the heart of restaurant Dublin and will have different vibes on each floor... wine bar, restaurant, oyster bar and potentially a roof top bar.
Potential dishes.. small plates, bites from all over the world..larger plates of global comfort food..Jules has been working in restaurants since he was 15 .. he is a great front man and we want to develop a persona around the man and the business. In terms of font etc... he is heavily influenced by the art deco movement!
