Brief de Design de T-shirt

Looking for a highly similar design to the one attached below

The t-shirt design is for women between 25-55 who are cat owners or love cats

Technical instructions:
-Check the sheet and follow the instructions there
- Use a max of 1-3 colors (if it's possible use the ones from the panel...that would be ideal)...maybe a back white approach
- I need the output file in 2 formats: both PNG and EPS (with transparent background)...with the specified dimensions. You can also include the larger files as well.
