Brief de Design Graphique

I have started an LLC and need to design my logo. I will be distributing promotional products and managing business associations under the name Chameleon Services by Design, LLC

I have been toying with the idea of a cartoonish chameleon on an artist palette where the colors from the palette are picked up by the chameleon. I don't want more than a 3-4 color logo if possible. The logo will be on business cards, website, stationery and a variety of promotion items

I am not married to these attachments at all but to better get my above thought across, I am attaching a couple of pictures. I am not married to the chameleon/palette concept either and would certainly welcome any other ideas as well.
