Brief de Design de Logo
Sydney based construction company, Pythid's focus is mainly concerned with masonry works to the comercial and civil sector.
The logo could include but is not limited to, the use of a beetle - or the head of a beetle.
The logo must convey to our clients the Strength, Longevity, and Quality of the workmanship we deliver.
Whilst the majority of our construction deals with brick/block laying, we don't necessarily need that specific link incorporated into the design. Rather a logo that would appeal to a broader audience is preferred.
Can use Pythid, or Pythid Pty Ltd. in the logo.

31/05/2011 - Update!
Thankyou all for your contributions thus far.
A few things I would like to see from the dsigners going for the beetle theme is more of an emphasis on the strong qualities of a beetle - may be focusing on the strong head and mandibles rather than the cocroach style. Maybe even a robot style head or more colorful mascot style.
A reminder though that the beetle is not absolutly necessary and the construction theme is also well recieved.

No single desiing really jumps out at me at the moment.
I had to design a letterhead myself on MS Word which came up OK - I have attached a copy to my updated brief.
Font = bauhaus 93
Just looking for some logo/figure to accompany this design
