I plan on guaranteeing the project once I see some designs that I think are close/could work. This is how I handled our last project. I''m afraid of guaranteeing and not seeing any quality designs. I will monitor this project every day and change the status to guaranteed as soon as I feel comfortable with the designs that I receive.
