Brief de Design de Brochure

We are setting up a program called "The CFO Incubator"
The brochure will have the following sections:
Program Framework:
5 Interactive sessions with well-respected CFO (mentor)
- Driving commercial programmes and overcoming barriers
- Executing group strategy and how you can participate
- Leading a transformation
- What does the CFO define as top talent?
- Exploring the career journey to CFO

The program focuses on discussion and insights into the 4 core areas the CFO must master;
1. Strategy & Commercial
2. Operational
3. Decision Making
4. Leadership

(please draw a venn diagram (circles intersecting) using the making one circle representing each other areas noted above. At the intersection (in the middle, please place the term "CFO Success")

Participants
High calibre participants will be hand selected and assessed before joining the program to ensure a "high performance" culture is developed within the program.

As part of the program, participants will be provided with;
- Breakfast and refreshments at each session
- Opportunity to communicate directly with CFO (mentors) in a confidential environment
- Course material and other relevant reading material
- Access to a closed community for networking with other participants (online/ social)
