Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for "Fermentation Tasmania".

We have a vision for Tasmania to be recognised internationally as a go-to region of excellence – a global hub – for the design, production and marketing of fine food and drink produced through the skilled application of fermentation.

We’re allowing the possibility that together Tasmanian industry, academia and government will establish a world-class facility that provides the environment, infrastructure and knowledge for new product development, training, tourism experiences and research.

We've progresses this project to a point that we can look at branding. As the centre will support production of a variety of food and drink products, we'd like a logo that uses a common theme - and in fermentation, that theme is most likely bubbles, but any ideas outside of this concept are welcome.

The final design should communicate excellence, innovation, fun, collaboration...you get the picture. We'd like something that will work in black and white as well as colour, and the design should have a transparent background.
