Please verify brochure size and format(tri-fold or bi-fold), text and images if any

I would prefer an bi-fold brochure. I uploaded some text and images to use as placeholders. I would like to receive the final also in a PowerPoint document so I can edit content as I see fit. make sense? Thanks.
