Brief de Design de Logo

We are an event management and staffing agency that cover Aus-wide. We have just hit our 5th birthday and would like to relaunch our image. We have recently changed our name to "Black Diamond Agency" and need our logo to reflect that. We would like to move away from the modelling side of things to more events focussed.

We would like to be predominately black & white with a splash of colour perhaps blue/aqua? We work with many different types of business and brands - some family/child related, some borderline adult industry - therefore we need our logo to reflect this wide approach. We would like it to have a simple, professional yet fresh feel.
