Have couple of questions, do you have any of these files in eps format and
what wording will be on flyer?

Unfortunately no, we don''t have the files in eps format (which is partly why we''re coming to professional designers!). We do have some of the wording finished (it''s included in a few of the layers in the psd), but until we complete the wording just use placeholder text. If it helps at all, we are primarily interested in layout designs.

We have uploaded the latest version of the text content. Please note we have also lengthened the document to an 8-page flyer "booklet" (still 8.5"x11" pages) so there will be plenty of room for the extra content. There will likely be only one more update to the text content; we are very close to it saying precisely what we want it to say.
