Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a new company called CharityStars, an online marketplace that sells celebrity memorabilia to support good causes. Our mission is to involve celebrities to help charity foundations for raising money.
The logo must show an humanistic approach showing happiness, benefaction and courage.

The logo must be:
- simple
- dressy (for celebrity tshirt)
- classy, use elegant font!
- i suggest to play with the sign of the star

The background color must be white.

Hi guys, I've received many designs but honestly most of them are:

cheap
not classy, not elegant font at all! 
they don't spread the idea of charity, they seem business logo for a big enterprise! The don't get exited! 

I suggest you to study some charity logo style and find elegants font. 

Please make an extra effort. Thankyou very much.
