Brief de Design de Flyer

Hi - I am assisting a relative to sell a unit. I am looking to have a two page flyer designed (configured as a single page with back to back printing). I have uploaded two samples to give you an idea of the look and feel - one which relates to this property when originally purchased, the other for a different property.

The flyer should includes several key photos on the front along with the wording. The rear should include any secondary photos along with the floor plan.

The flyer should be close to A4 size.

Thanks to you all for your submissions. Your efforts are very much appreciated and the decision on the winner was a choice between a number of very good designs.
