Brief de Web Design

We need a new design, logo and coding for our website FindGreatQuotes.com.

Our site uses Pay Per Click traffic in order to generate Life Insurance, Private Medical Insurance, Mortgage & Income Protection leads for FCA regulated brokers from the UK.

So we are looking for a homepage design, landing page/quote page design, thank-you page/privacy/t&c/faq page designs (these will all look very similar as they are just blocks of text).

We are open to all kinds of homepage designs. A good example of a homepage we like is - http://www.quotesupermarket.com. It essentially is a header, CTAs leading to quoting pages for different products, some text block space and footer.

We however have strict requirements for the landing page/quoting pages for the products. Attached are two wireframes for the Life Insurance Landing Page/Quoting page. The most important thing about the landing page design is for it to be a 2 step process. User completes some dropdown and/or radio buttons on step 1, clicks next step and the form changes a longer one asking for personal details (name, email, phone, address etc) with text on the left saying "Congratulations, we've found few quotes for you, just complete our form etc."
The site that we've got that idea from is here - http://www.life-insurance-expert.co.uk/aviva/. Please have in mind we don't like their design, it is just the layout that inspired us.
Here is also a link to our current Life Insurance Landing Page/Quote Page - http://findgreatquotes.com/life-insurance/aviva.php. It also uses 2 step process however it looks ugly, cluttered and does not convert good for us. From our current landing page you can get the fields the form should ask on step 1 and on step 2.

An overview of what we need from this project:
- Logo - the name in the logo should be FindGreatQuotes
- Homepage design
- Landing page/quoting page design - focus on designing a good Life Insurance Landing Page/Quoting page and with slight variations this page will be adjusted for Private Medical Insurance, Income Protection & Mortgages
- About us/Privacy/T&C/FAQs/Thank-you page design - one design/layout will satisfy all that is needed for these pages.
- Coding of everything (HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT) + form validation (we will provide the syntax/rules for the form validation) + tooltips on form fields (as in the provided example http://www.life-insurance-expert.co.uk/aviva/)

What is most important for us:
- Getting a landing page/quoting page design that converts!
