What is the company name to be used for the logo design? We do have the slogan, but is that all?

Hi, the name is Christopher S. Ison, PA, but we do not want the name of the firm incorporated into the logo, just the slogan. Thanks!

Please note, we do not want our firm name incorporated into the logo. We would like a design and the slogan only....our firm name will be changing soon, so it is imperative to note that we do NOT want our firm name incorporated.
