Brief de Web Design

We need a web design including the code which will be ready to launch. we are a Video and photography company in New Zealand and focus on medium to large Weddings and events.
The site will be our main point of contact with our customers with no more than 4-5 pages (Home, Pricing, Photo/Video Gallery, Contact) and we would like to be able to change the content of all pages as needed. The photos will be uploaded to our website but the videos we can only put the YouTube link.
I will add our company logo and some photos we have already taken to give you an idea of our product and services and can be used in the site as well.

Our pricing section will have photos, videos and photos + videos in 3 different pricing plans which we can upload and change as we need.

Here are some web pages to give you an idea of our industry and our competitors sites, however we would like the quality and design of our work to be better than all of our competitors sites which are listed below.
