Logo: RateMarketplace (this is required, but should be of low prominence)

Look/feel: Completely open (it does NOT need to have any visual reference to RateMarketplace site or logo, in fact, I’d prefer it didn’t)
Tone: Credible, straightforward
Specs: 300x250, max file size 30k, swf, gif, or jpg
Suggestions:
- We have found that large prominent rates work well
-Multiple clickable elements usually better than just one
-The brand does not help conversion so should not be very prominent
-Eye catching animation helps (but must stop after 3rd loop and final frame must contain relevant info to stand alone)

The rate is very important so the 3.21% needs to be large
Logo should be small
You may want to consider exploring a warning sign type visual to go along with the alert messaging
