Do you know what version the inDesign file is? - won't open using CS5.

If it's a CS5.5 file can you please export as interchange format ( .idml)

Not to ask a silly question, but what is the word file for, I assume the text you want is the actual Indesign file?

Could  you please supply your logo in any Adobe-compatible vector format (EPS, AI)?

yes, i was just providing the word document of the product spec. sheet to give a general feeling of our previous marketing work. However, i understand the confusion, so i have gone ahead and removed it.
