The site show: "Time Left to Submit" but i can't upload the files, I received this message: You are not able to submit to a project after the deadline has passed. But deadline not passed. Please enlarge the deadline if this will give me the access to upload my files.

I wrote a message to the site admin thru contact form. Please see below my screen captures. The project is open (Needs designs), the submit button is present (Submit your designs), but I can't upload any file. Hope you or they can help me to submit my work in this contest.
