Brief de Web Design

We need 2 webpages designed for our maid company, Maid for St Pete. Our slogan is "The green cleaning experts of St. Petersburg, FL".
We provide upscale maid services using organic cleaning products.
We need a homepage design and an "About us" page. Design only, no coding needed.
The homepage should have tabs at the top to link to a "Book now" page, an "About us" page, and a "Services and Pricing" page.
The homepage should have a "Book in 60 seconds" button featured prominently.
We would like some of our photos to be used, which are attached. Also our logo. We would like to see the logo incorporated into the design.
Please include stock images as well, of clean hoses or anything related to organic cleaning (please provide links for stock photos with your design).
I'm attaching information for the homepage and "About us" page.
There should be Facebook, Twitter, and Yelp buttons at the top of the page.
We want the feel of the site to be very modern and fun, but not too busy. Our target market is young professionals age 25-45, we want to focus on the convenience of online booking.
The "About us" page should include all the information attached in the "about us" file.
The homepage should include all the info in the homepage file.
We'd like something like the last image included for a more secure website feeling, and it should be fairly high up on the page.
