Brief de Design Publicitaire

NEEDED
We need an advert to promote our general business with the following dimensions:-

230 x 148 + 5mm
PDF, 300 dpi

It is for inclusion in a larger publication - attached is the .pdf guide provided by the publisher with regard to dimensions needed.

The advert may also be used to print flyers in A5/A6 sizes so if it can also be scaled to fit those measurements that would be great.

BACKGROUND
We are a tax firm specialising in Luxembourg, UK and US personal taxes. We would like the advertisement to be in keeping with the feel of the website (www.analietax.com) and other material (winning files from previous design contests are attached for style/feel). The advert should be professional, modern, but elegant. Any photographs included should be in B&W and be of Luxembourg City and not of any other cities.
