The company name is "Boxnite Promotions". The company aims to put on small boxing events targeting sales to higher end clients, as well as companies for sponsorship.
The logo will be used on posters, tickets and the company website, as well as on different locations at the venue (in locations such as around the ring, the back of round cards, and signage around the venue).
