Brief de Design de Brochure

Our company is called Conservation Services of America (or CSA) and is looking for a stylish brochure for sales opportunites. We engage clients who are mostly professional property owners in commercial real estate settings and offer irrigation saving solutions utilizing cutting edge technologies that can be managed via computer, smart phone and tablets. The technology we use is wireless and uses real time weather information to communicate water schedules based on specific site and plant details. Our core program offers clients a free service (funded by us) with payments only occuring if savings are achieved. We also offer irrigation monitoring services and design consulting, but want to focus on the partnership agreement.
