Yes, guaranteed payment meant you will choose a design (from me or some other designer) instead of asking for a refund from Designcrowd. We (the designers) are usually skeptical when it comes to unguaranteed projects, since many project owners are just after receiving designs for free and getting a refund in the end. But that's not your case:)
