Looking at your information sample for the brochure and find myself a little confused; in stage one of the process your numbered instructions say that adding the tracking code comes second- whereas in your diagram you have e-mail and SMS second. Which one is the right order? As well, I also noticed the "content done for you" at the bottom of the same list. Is that step thirteen of stage one? Saying that the numbered list is done for you or, is it pertaining to the price below as in "or, we can do this for you for so and so much"

Secondly, are we allowed to reword parts to fit better within the brochure and exclude diagrams? Or is it imperative that all the diagrams be there
