Brief de Design de Logo

There are a couple of designs looks good but unfortunately did not do well when name of the product included.
I'd want to extend the logo design to include product name
1: Logo (convey message of targeting).
2: Next to the logo, product name (kalgudi)
Optional:
3: Key message under the product name if it fits well in the design(key message should include "content", "connect" and "business")

We need a logo for our new product. This product is a platform for small businesses. Small businesses connect, collaborate, trade and also manage their accounts.
Logo should bring the concept of "targeting". Essentially, product sends "targeted" information, "targeted posts",.... and also helps advertisers to "target" their Ads better.
Logo should convey "targeting".

Not looking for a standard concentric red circles/dart kind of things.. need a fresh concept of targeting.
