Brief de Design de Logo

Im looking for logo design for custom wheel company. The main part of the LOGO will be K3. Now this logo has to be in the center of a cap that goes on the wheel so a diamond shape or square. You will see a logo I added that looks pretty cool but dont go based just on that. You will also see how I want it laid out in the images attatched. I want logo black Grey (darker shade). If you can find a small spot for the German flag small some where in design that would be great but not mandatory. Logos must be SOLID meaning no blends or faded colors. I want it to look classified with a touch of motorsport to it.
NOTE: I do not want the entire logo in German colors. If you can add it in the logo and make it look tastefull would be a plus. I want the Logo Black and grey mostly.
