Brief de Design de Flyer

Hello,

We were so happy with your previous design we were hoping you'd be able to repair another design we had done. It's a half-letter single sided flyer (5.5 x 8) that promotes Sync Medications. The information on the first side of the attached PDF is unnecessary except for the "Are you taking more than 3 medications a day?" On the interior of the attached PDF, we'd like to keep as much information as possible. A diagram similar to the one at the top is necessary to make it easy to read. We trust your design style and are excited to see what you can bring. Please use the Health Enhancing Pharmacy Logo, Twitter, and Facebook icons as you did on the "Blood Pressure Monitor."
