Brief de Design Wordpress

We need a Wordpress design for a B&B located in eastern France.
The current website (designed by the previous owners) is here: http://www.closdumurier.fr. But it's not what we want, it has some photos so you can have a look at what it looks like.
New photos will be taken.

The new design should be fresh, modern and engaging and reflect the fact that it is a lovely B&B with 5 rooms. It is located in a lovely french village, close to the german and swiss border. It is perfectly located, close to the city, stores and highways, and also close to the country side.

The website should be able to describe each of the 5 rooms (1 page per room, with photos, description, price and booking).
The website should also have a pages to display the surrounding activities (one page with country side activities and one page with city activities) and also have a map for directions as well as a contact page with a form.
We will include a wordpress booking plugin so people can book online.
