Job Posting activated in ConnectHR 2. Hyperlink to your Job Posting may be added to recruiting sites of choice 3. ConnectHR posts your Job Posting to Social Media and tags your Company / location & the link to your Job Posting (add logos for Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter) 4. Interested candidates apply online 5. Candidate is asked custom screening and knock out questions (Job Seekers with a line out such as in Ghostbusters...) Candidates not meeting job requirements are omitted, notified and stored 6. ''Applicants'' complete the application process and authorize/ sign pre-hire notices and disclosures 7.
