Brief de Web Design

We are a 3rd party debt collection company that specializes in Residential and Commercial real estate debt collection. We help landlords recover money from past residents by being fair, friendly and aggressive. We also collect/buy/sell/trade civil judgments won resulting from anything from automobile accidents to evictions to a pet zebra getting stolen. We buy single judgments to large portfolios, we also collect judgments for a nominal fee.

I would like a new, modern, easy to navigate website. A spot that we can post news stories or updated information about our company. I have included our company logo that must be on the top of the page. Feel free to ask any questions that will help get the process going.

• I don't want it over crowded. Simple, sleek and easy to navigate is best. No gavels on any of the pages. It cannot look legal, say/show anything that we use legal powers to collect. We are not a law office, we don't practice law, we are 3rd party debt collection agency.
