1. you can choose one of them for headling but NOT the following two;
a) customer for life
b) mortgage service guarantee

2. dont worry about the money bag, it doesnt like really well with the warm family fee, eventhough i have requested initially. i have seen other designer''s work. it doesn''t look good ( you can try to write it and say "save thousand of dollars"

I am not professional in terms of marketing words or graphic designers, you can make a decision if you think its going to make people to call us.

The image from Shutterstock would cost $49 USD for 5 downloads a year, if you were to download images for brochures in the future this would be a good option for you.  Istockphoto is another good image resource site, they have a similar image and would only cost $19.50 for the one photo.
