Brief de Design de Logo

We currently have a logo but want it redesigned to look like a Credit Card. Our company www.upfrontsoftware.com is a software provider to grocery stores and handles point of sale and credit/debit/ebt card transactions.

We are simply requiring that our current logo (we have uploaded it), must have rounded edges to make it look more like a Credit Card. We also need to have the logo provided in multiple sizes (hi resolution) and also in tiff formats.

Also, we are re-designing our website. Would like to have a banner made for the top of our website which will include the new designed logo.
