Please know that due to USPS regulations you are limited on what/how much can be printed on the backside of the postcard.

The industry has come under scrutiny (Fair Debt Collection Act and Consumer Protection Act). Companies required to carry insurance, process servers have to have had background checks and use smart phones to get time stamp and GPS coordinates to prove they were at said time and place when service occurred. The legal documents are held by a third party for 3 years to be viewed by my clients. Only a few companies have done this, it opens the door for new business. If I can get in the door. To meet collection industry compliance regulation we must carry E&O insurance, Use smartphones to give time , date and GPS coordinates of service completed. Process servers have to have a background check and be drug tested, drivers license and insured

I think the post card will have to be 4.25 x 11. So hard to get in to see attorney''s for a face to face. My industry is still unregulated. Major cities are regulated as of 2 years ago. I''m getting ready by meeting their regulations so I can do work from the major collection companies that deal with, American express, Citi bank, Capital one, Ford Motor Credit
