Brief de Design de Flyer

I need a flyer design for a landscaping company based in Mokena, Illinois called Green Effects Lawn & Landscape. These flyers will be distributed door to door throughout the community. I want a design that is simple to read and allows the eye to flow along through it, nothing crammed. My logo is attached and would be nice to have on there, sometimes I take the tree off the top of logo to use which you can do as well if preferred. I also attached some pictures which may or may not be used depending on what you think. A company slogan I like to use sometimes is Give Your Lawn the Green Effect. Also I like to write Dependable professionals dedicated to the quality of your property. One important thing I definitely want on there is either in the form of a coupon or just written somewhere where it will pop out is : Let us earn your business.
