Professional "Save the Date" Design

We are looking for a professional designer to create a clean, modern, and eye-catching "Save the Date" invitation that will be sent to a select group of physicians participating in our RESTORE Study.

Key Requirements:
The VIVEX logo should be clearly featured and lead the branding.
The VIA DISC NP logo should also appear but be subordinate to the VIVEX logo.
The design should be professional, modern, and easy to read — no busy or cluttered layouts.
The final product will be used in email communications (PDF or image format).
The project is time-sensitive: we would like to have the final version completed by end of day tomorrow.

Deliverables:
Final design in high-resolution PDF and image formats (PNG or JPG).
Editable file (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or similar) if possible.
