A portrait of a learner is an aspirational idea of the skills a student should have at graduation. "Learner" recognizes that learning continues after graduation.

An info graphic is needed to convey the skills that have been identified. A full version is needed that can be posted on classroom walls (11x17) and a simplified version to share on the website and any other means identified.

The Concord School District is in Concord, New Hampshire, the capital city for NH. The district serves 4,100 diverse students in seven schools and a regional career and technical education center.
The district's hex colors are Green: #007137 and Blue: #085bab
Each school has its own unique colors.
