Take the attached mockup and make it pretty. The layout is too long and skinny - feel free to work it into a more printable layout. The desired output is a PDF, but we may also want printed hard copies and at some point we'll put the graphic on our website.
Please use a similar color scheme as used on our website www.eaglemed.com and/or color schemes from the various logos.
This is a 'roadmap' so stick with the general theme of a road or path, but it's OK to get creative with it.
