Character design

C'est ce qu'une entreprise en/au(x) Australia recherchait pour leur illustration design

I am writing a series of short books that are based on real life issues.
What I am wanting is to find someone that can provide an initial character design and be able to provide that character in different scenes - in a car, on a beach etc.
The first character is a male named road rage Roger.
He need to be a likeable, appealing character, that I can have some fun with his emotions.
