A brand new real estate office is opening in Philadelphia. We handle sales as well as rentals. Our name has a double meaning,
"Settle Down in your new home and new neighborhood" and
"Settle Down, relax, we will take care of it all"

We are a vibrant, urban city of walkable neighborhoods. We want to show this. We are NOT suburban houses with a white picket fence,or office buildings and the same old skyline of Philadelphia. We are city life, looking in through the window from the street below to see YOU in your new apartment , Settling down. And we are the ones who put you there.

Think city streets lined with brownstones. Think taxis, and people walking their dogs past coffee shops and hardware stores. Think city neighborhood.
