What if I’m not happy with the quality of my print order?

If the print item received is not as described or is damaged, you are able to let us know within 30 days of receiving the item by sending an email to support@designcrowd.com including:

  • Which aspect of the item is not as described
  • Which aspect of the item is damaged
  • Photo of the item received

Our team will be happy to review your request and, if qualified, you will be given the option of receiving a replacement item or a refund. Once your request has been settled, you are able to keep or dispose of the misprints.

Remember it’s your responsibility to review the mock-up provided (particularly proof-reading your business card), before approving to print. Orders with misspellings that were approved will not qualify for a replacement or refund.
