Firstly, check the size of the files you are trying to upload and make sure they are not excessively large. If they are, you will find both the DesignCrowd server and your Browser will have trouble handling very large file uploads (greater than 25 Mb). If you can, look at reducing the size of your files by compressing them into a ZIP file or removing any unnecessary graphics from your image. In some cases, customers are happy to receive designs in separate parts (for website pages etc), so in these cases you can provide separate uploads at a time (contact your client to see if they are happy with this first).

Also check the following:

• Make sure the file names of the files do not exceed 25 characters in length
• Make sure your file names do not contain characters such as , . / \ : ; in the main name (the only full stop character in the path should be used before the extension eg. test-name.jpg)
• Make sure the extension of the path is correct (eg. if you are uploading a PSD file, make sure the extension is PSD)

In cases where your file is still not uploading, you may opt to upload the design files to an external file-hosting site (such as dropbox.com) as a last resort; We recommend using file-hosting sites that do not have too short of an expiration date (such as WeTransfer, for example). Once done, you may simply provide the file download link to your customer by leaving the link as a message in the handover page. Make sure to delete the "https://" part of the URL before doing so.
