How do I change my username or email address?
For Customers and Designers:
If you need to have your email address updated, please send an email to our support team with your current account information and the new email address you''d like to use. The email address on the account will need to be updated from our end.
For Designers:
To update your username / display name you can do this through the following steps:
- Access your My Profile page
- Under the Public Profile tab, edit the Display Name field to enter your new display name.
- Hit save.
