Designer Information About Non-Disclosure Agreements on DesignCrowd
What does signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) imply? What am I agreeing to?

As a designer, you are agreeing not to disclose any information from the customer's design brief or the submissions resulting from this information. That means you cannot display any designs submitted to this project on your DesignCrowd Portfolio or any external portfolios including your personal website or third party platform.
Is it mandatory that I sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement?
Yes. For projects that have the add on, it is a requirement to sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement in order to have access to the brief information.
What if I don't want to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement?
Unfortunately, you will not have access to the brief information and will not be able to participate in the project.
