Postcard for milk delivery company

C'est ce que Sutton Coldfield Dairies recherchait dans leur greeting card design

We need a postcard with an order form on so anyone wanting to place an order for a milk delivery can just fill it in, place a stamp on it and drop it in the post.
The one side we would like something with a bit of humour that grabs peoples attention and also an order form with about 5 products and total weekly requirements. This side will also need to advise that all products and prices are available on our website.
The reverse side will have the customers contact details and space for signature on the left and our address on the right with a square top right stating please place stamp here.
Colour scheme is blue and white Voir plus
